A simple 30-day guarantee

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused or only minimally tested, undamaged by misuse, accident or improper assembly, and returned in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, chargers and components must be included, together with valid proof of purchase.

Email BIKSAT with your order number and reason for return. Wait for the Return Merchandise Authorization and confirmed instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Damage or error

Report within 48 hours

For a damaged, defective or incorrect order, send your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description. After review, the solution may include replacement parts, exchange, replacement or refund.

BIKSAT errorBIKSAT covers authorized return shipping for the wrong item, confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Customer preferenceFor changed mind, mistaken order or an item no longer needed, the customer pays return shipping and secure packaging.
Original delivery chargeOriginal shipping charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds and exclusions

What you need to know

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days; PayPal refunds typically take 2–5 business days. Other methods depend on the financial institution, which may require additional processing time.

Non-returnable products

Clearance or final-sale items, gift cards, custom products, used batteries showing installation or damage, modified products, consumable parts and replacement components cannot be returned unless damaged or defective on arrival.
